Ingredients:
4 oz (113 g) ground turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for binding)
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup (150 g) zucchini noodles
1/2 cup (120 g) marinara sauce
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.
In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
While the meatballs cook, spiralize a zucchini or use store-bought zucchini noodles.
Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, add zucchini noodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Serve the zucchini noodles topped with turkey meatballs and marinara sauce.
