3 oz (85 g) cooked ground beef
1/4 cup (43 g) cooked quinoa
1 tbsp shredded cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cooked ground beef and quinoa. Stuff the bell pepper halves with the mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
