1 cup (155 g) cooked spaghetti squash
3 oz (85 g) ground turkey
1/2 cup (120 g) marinara sauce
Olive oil, salt, pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake cut side down for 30-40 minutes.
Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Use a fork to scrape spaghetti squash into strands. Serve topped with the turkey Bolognese.

Basil-Garlic Marinara: Add fresh basil and garlic to marinara for extra depth (~10 calories/tbsp).
