1 cup cooked spaghetti squash (155g), 3 oz ground turkey (85g), 1/2 cup marinara sauce (120g)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (155 g) cooked spaghetti squash

  • 3 oz (85 g) ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup (120 g) marinara sauce

  • Olive oil, salt, pepper


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake cut side down for 30-40 minutes.

  2. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Use a fork to scrape spaghetti squash into strands. Serve topped with the turkey Bolognese.


Flavoring Options:

  1. Basil-Garlic Marinara: Add fresh basil and garlic to marinara for extra depth (~10 calories/tbsp).

  2. Parmesan Sprinkle: Lightly sprinkle grated Parmesan on top (~10 calories/tsp).
