1 cup (30 g) kale leaves
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place salmon on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Toss kale leaves with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Spread on a separate baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Serve salmon with kale chips.
