Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (85 g) salmon fillet

  • 1 cup (30 g) kale leaves

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  3. Toss kale leaves with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Spread on a separate baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

  4. Serve salmon with kale chips.
