Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (85 g) lean steak

  • 1/2 medium sweet potato (75 g)

  • 1 cup (100 g) green beans, trimmed

  • Salt, pepper, olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side for medium doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. Cut the sweet potato into wedges, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. Steam green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  4. Serve the steak with the sweet potato wedges and green beans.


Flavoring Options:
