Instructions:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side for medium doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the sweet potato into wedges, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Steam green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Serve the steak with the sweet potato wedges and green beans.
