  • 1 cup (100 g) mixed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, peppers)

  • 1 tsp olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.

  2. Toss vegetables in olive oil, roast at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, and serve with the pork.
