3 oz grilled chicken breast (85g), 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers and onions (75g), 1 small whole wheat tortilla (30g), 1 tbsp salsa (15g)

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (85 g) grilled chicken breast, sliced

  • 1/2 cup (75 g) sautéed bell peppers and onions

  • 1 small whole wheat tortilla (30 g)

  • 1 tbsp salsa


Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced bell peppers and onions with a little olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes.

  2. Grill or pan-sear the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice into strips.

  3. Warm the tortilla, then layer it with chicken, peppers, and onions. Top with salsa and fold to serve.


Flavoring Options:

  1. Salsa Verde: Blend roasted tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice (~10 calories/tbsp).
